Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund. Once a product has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear, it cannot be accepted back.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions are also not eligible for return or refund.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

For (COD) orders, customers must request a refund before returning the item. To begin the process, customers are required to send clear photos of the item and its packaging via email or WhatsApp for review and pre-approval. If the item does not meet our return conditions, the refund will be declined. Cash refund upon return pickup.

For orders paid by credit card, refunds are processed only after the return items is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original card used for payment. Processing times may vary depending on the card provider.
